BIG은 블루어의 예술 및 문화 축제로서, 이틀간의 토론토에서 가장 사랑받는 여름 거리 축제중 하나이다.

이제 각 해마다 10만명이 참가하는 거리 축제로서 9년째 개최되는 페스티발로
7월23일 토요일 오후 1시에 시작해서 자정까지 행사가 진행되며,
7월 24일 일요일에는 오후에 시작해 6시까지 행사가 진행될 예정이다.

블루어 페스티발의 특징적인 이벤트는 아래와 같다.
