방은 잠금장치가 되어 있어 입주시 현관 열쇠와 방 열쇠를 드립니다.

렌트 비는 $800이고, 이 비용에 포함된 것은 집세+유틸리티(전기, 난방, 수도)+초고속인터넷 (무제한) 등입니다.

개인 소지품만 가지고 들어 오시면 됩니다.

음용 정수기 무료 사용하실 수 있습니다.

주방의 모든 식기는 쉐어 할 것이니 쓰신 후 깨끗히 씻어 놓으시면 됩니다.

방안에 있는 개인 전용 냉장고를 사용하시게 될 것입니다.

세탁기와 건조기는 지하에 있으니 이용하시면 되고요.

집 위치:

Woodroffe 대로변의 버스 정류장(Woodroffe & Medhurst Esso Station 앞 정류장)이 가까이 있어 대중 교통 이용이 편리 합니다.

Algonquin College (알공퀸 컬리지)는 버스로 3정거장째에 있고 도보로 여자걸음으로 천천히 20분 정도면 도착 할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.

방 안에는 침대, 책상과 책장, 서랍장, 북박이장, 냉장고등은 비치되어 있으니, 개인적인 물품만 가지고 입주 하시면 됩니다.

계약시 First rent fee & Last month deposit 이 될 것이고 6개월이 최소 계약기간입니다.

그리고 렌트하는 것을 더 이상 원하지 않을때는 이사하기 두 달전에 노티스를 주셔야 합니다.

렌트 Pay는 항상 선불입니다.

This is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

You can use the bathroom in the hallway and the washroom on the first floor.

There is no parking lot.

We are looking for someone who will live like a family.

The room is locked, so you will be given the front door key and the room key when you move in.

​

The rent is $800, and this cost includes the house rent + utilities (electricity, heat, water) + high-speed internet (unlimited).

You only need to bring your personal belongings.

​

You can use the drinking water purifier for free.

All the dishes in the kitchen will be shared, so please wash them clean after use.

You will use the personal refrigerator in the room.

​

The washing machine and dryer are in the basement, so you can use them.

​

House location:

The bus stop on Woodroffe Road (the stop in front of Woodroffe & Medhurst Esso Station) is close, so it is convenient to use public transportation. Algonquin College is the 3rd bus stop away and can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot at a leisurely pace.

​

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, chest of drawers, bookcase, refrigerator, etc., so you only need to bring your personal items and move in.

​

When signing the contract, there will be a first rent fee & last month deposit, and the minimum contract period is 6 months.

And if you no longer want to rent, you must give us a notice two months before moving out.

​

Rent is always prepaid.
