포지션 안내

생산관리 2명 (신입, 경력사원) 

 

 

MAJOR FUNCTION:

1. Serve as a liaison for communicating and understanding cultural differences and building relationships among team members.

2. Assist Production manager with translating documents, written and verbal.

3. Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and complete parts.

4. Analyze production process, results, and downtimes.

5. Support the production operation to be efficient.

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Management and creating Daily Inventory Status Sheets.

2. Reviewing daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status.

3. Managing, distributing, and purchasing equipment required by production personnel on the production floor including welding electrodes, air powered tools, flap discs, etc.

4. Cooperate with Korean Supervisors and Ajin USA Supervisors on the production floor about the production needs.

5. Prepare and distribute daily production plan to Supervisors, and review daily production results.

6. Manage Engineering Change Orders when applicable on the production floor.

7. Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the Assembly and Press Departments in reaction to manufacturing repeated issues that compromise quality and operation rates.

8. Prepare and participate in education/training materials for the new production personnel.

9. Participate in productivity improvement activities and Execute improvement plans continuously.

10. Understand and control the production personnel allocation.

11. Analyze operation cycle time, downtimes, productivity and efficiency rates for each line.

12. New model try out and follow up with results, and FIFO control for Engineering Change Orders.

13. Modify and Revise production line layouts to improve productivity.

MAJOR FUNCTION:

1. Validates customer quality issues and assign corrective responsibility (고객사 품질이슈 분석 및 응대)

2. Prepares corrective actions on quality issues (품질이슈에 대한 시정조치)

3. Investigates root causes of in-process or customer concerns (공정내 근본원인 & 고객관심사 분석)

4. Maintains status of daily customer issues (Daily 품질이슈 관리 )

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

1. Performs periodic inspection in accordance with the schedule or as needed 

2. Insures proper inspection techniques are being applied to promote part reliability

3. Oversees destruct reporting and result status

4. Trains quality inspectors according to annual training plan

5. In accordance with schedule, conducts quality audit or quality conference meeting

6. Effectively communicates with department team members for customer satisfaction

7. Handles and reports customer concerns to relevant departments or team members

8. Responsible for maintaining proper documentation as outlined in the procedure

9. Controls and responsible for calibration of measuring instruments

10.  Develops MSA (Measurement System Analysis)

11.   Analyzes quality performance index, quality cost matrix, etc.

12.   Updates information f quality information board, quality alert, engineering change order

13.   Monitors suppliers and perform SPA based on periodic supplier process audit schedule

14.   Issues nonconformance reports, claims, and other various reports to suppliers

15.   Follow-up supplier, customer PPAP

16.   Follow-up engineering level, modification of parts

17.   Maintains compliances of ISO/TS 16949 requirements and requirements of customer

18.   Develops supplier periodic inspection schedule and perform periodic inspection on suppliers

19.   Performs SPC (Statistical Process Control) based on control plan or annual schedule

20.   Prepares and validates corrective action reports received from relevant departments/suppliers

21.   Develops and validates counter measure plans for customer concerns

22.   Initiates process continual improvement

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

1. Four Year Degree About Computer Science/Information Technology

2. Prior Less than 2 year experience as IT Engineer

 

  3. Speak and write fluent Korean, English
